cashless payment system for collection of school dinner money

"We now have a generation of parents who don't cook; therefore, whatever we do with the children inside the school can only succeed if parents are also involved and re-educated about how to cook and make good food cheaply and easily.
"Our job, in the public sector, is not only to educate children; we also need to help the parents to be able to produce good, wholesome food when they get home."
